Shipping and Payment Information
All items are shipped within business days from the date of purchase. In most cases, your item will be shipped on the day after purchase. We ship our merchandise via US Mail. However, if the buyer wants to use UPS or FedEx they will need to purchase that option. Other shipping methods have to be discussed and approved by us prior to placing your order. All shipping charges listed and prices are for items shipped in the United States. We will ship Internationally, but please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss details and available shipping methods. Payment of international orders, by first time buyers, may be required to use a bank wire transfer or western union unless another method of payment has been approved. All international orders become the buyer's responsibility for repair, loss, or damage. Once it leaves my hands it is your responsibility. I will do what I can to recover an item or file insurance claims. We will not ship to the state of New York.
For purchases shipped within the United States, the shipping is FREE.
Items valued under $500 that are shipped outside the United States will have a shipping charge of $35 and will be go out by USPS Express mail. All items valued over $500 that are shipped outside the United States will be shipped by FedEx and will be charged $75. Items shipped by FedEx require a contact phone number.
Any item of value over $300.00 can be put on layaway for 60 days and guaranteed to be held for you if these rules are followed. Find the item of interest on my website (must be in stock) and e-mail or call me to work out these details. One third of the price of the item must be sent and received within 7 business days; equal one third payments must follow within 30 days of the first and 30 days of the second payment; when all payments are received the item will be sent. The only stipulation is that the first one third will be forfeited if you cancel the deal. If two payments are sent, one of them will be returned.
All items we sell are brand new and carry full manufacturer's warranty. Some of the custom or prototype knives are "As Is" from the makers. You can return any item to us within 3 (three) business days of receipt; please contact us for return authorization. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items that have not been authorized. Any items purchased that have manufacturer defects must be returned to the manufacturer. I will assist in any way I can to get your item repaired or replaced.
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to be aware, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the purchase, possession and use of any item purchased from this site. Please consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. No sale to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and they are of legal age. If you are going to carry an automatic knife purchased from this site and are active military, law enforcement, EMT, etc. a copy with your department letterhead and superior officer's permission to carry same while on duty must be sent to my email address. If you are a collector and making a purchase to keep at your residence you must comply with all applicable laws. The seller will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us.
Errors on This Site
This site is constantly updated and new items are added; we try to provide descriptions, prices and other information pertaining to each item as accurately as we can, however, there is always a possibility of "human error" in our listings. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any item that was posted in error. We will contact you in such a case and offer you correct price and you can decide to either cancel your order or accept new price at that time.
